Liam Kenneally

Mr. Katsanos is the Founder and Managing Director of DimiCor Research Consultants. He is based in New York City.

 

Mr. Katsanos leads and manages all aspects of DRC's operations. He interprets large data sets, builds statistical models, and interviews community member's to find data-driven insights. Mr. Katsanos works with each client to create a custom impact reporting framework. He believes profit, sustainability, and social impact can coexist.

Before DRC, Mr. Katsanos was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. At Matthews, he underwrote national tenants in the net lease sector and assisted with 1031 Exchanges and NNN transactions for retail assets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Katsanos was a Co-Founder and Product Manager for a startup that was accepted into Newlab, a selective innovation and prototyping hub in New York City.

Mr. Katsanos earned his B.S. in Finance and Operations & Analytics from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where he competed on the Men's Heavyweight Rowing team.

Chad Kanner is a Data Analyst and Technology Engineer at DRC. He is based in New York City. 

 

Mr. Kanner builds data models and performs analyses using applied mathematical techniques for DRC's Impact Reports. His specialty is environmental analyses like embodied carbon estimates and material viability calculations. 

​

From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Kanner was a technology manager for SeedSprint, where he managed a team of 15 researchers to create a database of deep technology startups.

​

Mr. Kanner has researched renewable energy processes and agricultural ecosystems. He believes the environmental impact of intelligent design and upfront investment can significantly benefit the life cycle assessments of developments while improving long-term financial bottom lines.

​

Mr. Kanner holds a Bachelor's in Physics with a minor in International Energy Development and Environmental Conservation from Georgetown University.

Maximilian Wittig is the Global Impact Advisor to DRC, focused on ESG and impact investment due diligence. He is based in Berlin, Germany. 
​
Mr. Wittig works on the Business Development team at Spendesk, an all-in-one corporate expense management platform. He blogs about financial markets and high-growth stocks for Zaster, a finance magazine. 

​

In his stint working for a marketing agency, Mr. Wittig conducted stakeholder analysis for energy companies. He believes companies that focus on increasing stakeholder value have an edge in providing downstream market-beating returns. 
​
Mr. Wittig earned his B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University's  Walsh School of Foreign Service and holds a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute (CFA ESG). 

Wesley Connolly advises DRC on core services relating to the net lease investment and commercial development markets in the United States. He is based in Newport Beach, California.

Mr. Connolly brings years of strategic real estate and leadership experience to help DRC shape its operational and strategic direction.

​

Mr. Connolly is a Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he has grown one of the largest national market shares in net lease transactions. He has worked with some of the industry's most active REITS, developers, tenants, franchisees, and passive landlords. At Matthews, he oversees a team of eight associates.  

​

Mr. Connolly holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate and a B.A. in International Business from Chapman University. 

Liam Kenneally advises DRC on strategies to achieve positive social impact with high yield returns to investors. He is based in Washington, DC. 

​

Mr. Kenneally builds scoring methodologies for DRC's Impact Reports that quantify gains from investing in sustainable developments by mapping stakeholder effects and externalities throughout the value chain. 

​

Mr. Kenneally currently serves as an advisor to numerous impact-oriented startups in the Washington, DC area. He has worked as a strategy consultant to the Office of the Surgeon General, and as an analyst at United Airlines and Bain Capital. 

​

Mr. Kenneally earned his B.S.F.S. in Culture & Politics from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and holds advanced finance certificates from Harvard Business School (HBX) and the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI)
